Hotel Envisaged: 

SUGGESTED DAY WISE ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar 

• Arrival at Srinagar airport and transfer to the hotel
• Check in as per standard check in time and relax
• Spend a comfortable overnight at the hotel in Srinagar

Meals: None 

Day 2: Srinagar –Sonamarg – Neelgrath – Panchtarni – Shri Amarnath Ji Darshan  and return to Sonamarg

• After an early breakfast at the hotel, get ready for a long day. 
• Check out from the hotel and transfer to Sonamarg. 
• After reaching Sonamarg, head straight to Neelgrath Helipad. 
• Take the helicopter from the Neelgrath helipad and reach Panchtarni. 
• Weather Permitting the Helicopter starts operating at 06:00 AM.  
• From Panchtarni the holy caves of Shree Amarnathji are approximately 7 Kilometres, you can go to the caves either on foot or by hiring a Palki or Pony (on direct payment basis). 
• After the darshan return to Panchtarni to board, helicopter to Neelgrath. 
• By late evening or night return to Sonmarg. 
• Check in your hotel in Sonmarg. 
• Enjoy dinner and spend a comfortable overnight in the hotel.

Day 3: Sonamarg to Srinagar – Half Day Local Sightseeing of Srinagar

• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. 
• Check out and transfer to Srinagar
• After arrival enjoy a local sightseeing tour and visit the famous Nishat Garden known as ‘garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century 1633 by Mughal Emperor Asif Khan
• Then visit Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century 1619 by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or Mehr-un-Nissa 
• Then pay visit to famous Pari Mahal & Shankaracharya Temple situated on top of Hill where you can have a look of whole Srinagar City. 
• In the evening, enjoy the Shikara ride on The Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city, which is often compared to Venice
• Check in your hotel in Srinagar
• Enjoy dinner and spend a comfortable overnight in the hotel

Day04: Departure from Srinagar 

• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
• Check out and transfer to the airport to catch your return flight

Note: Above rates valid up to the body weight of 75kg. For weight above 75 kg a supplement of ₹ 2,000 per kg will be applicable. Overweight charges are per seat basis.

DO’S FOR THE YATRIS

• It is mandatory for every registered Yatri to collect his / her RFID Card from designated locations in Jammu / Srinagar before embarking on the Yatra
• Carry your Aadhaar details for collecting RFID Cards
• Wear your RFID tag on your neck at all times during Yatra for safety & security.
• Do carry sufficient woollen clothing as the temperature may sometimes abruptly fall to below 5 degree Celsius.
• Do carry umbrella, windcheater, raincoat, and waterproof shoes, as the weather in the Yatra area is unpredictable.
• Do keep your clothes and eatables in a suitable waterproof bag to avoid your belongings getting wet.
• Do keep in your pocket a note containing the name / address, mobile telephone number of any Yatri proceeding for Darshan on the same date as you are doing, for emergency purposes.
• Do carry your identity card / driving license and Yatra permit with you.

DON’TS FOR THE YATRIS

• Registered yatris will not be allowed to emabark on Yatra without RFID card.
• Do not ignore the symptoms of high altitude illness.
• Do not drink alcohol, caffeinated drink, or smoke.
• Do not stop at places, which are marked by warning notices.
• Do not use slippers because there are steep rises and falls on the route to the Holy Cave. Only wear trekking shoes with laces.
• Do not attempt any short cuts on the route as doing so would be dangerous.
• Do not do anything during your entire forward/return journey, which could cause pollution or disturb the environment of the Yatra area. Use of plastics is strictly banned in the State and is punishable under law.

HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMITATION

• Passengers would be taken on board depending up on the load and temperature conditions. Pilots call will be final. Maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 430 kg (excluding baggage weight) at these destinations. All passengers on board must be within this limit. Hence, passengers are advised to provide us their exact weights at the time of booking and carry baggage within the permissible limit.

DISPUTES

• Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction

PAYMENT TERMS

• The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of Package. Full amount has to be deposited 30 days prior to date of journey.
• Rescheduling of booking to a next date can be allowed on case to case basis and will be subject to availability.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

• If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges – 
• More than 30 days before the departure date — 50% of total amount 
• Between 30th to 15th day before departure date — 75% of total amount 
• Up to 15th day before the departure date — No Refund. 
• No show – No Refund.

• *Starting price mentioned is basis minimum 10 adults travelling together in a Tempo Traveller
• Flying in hills are subject to many factors like delayed clearances from Air Force & Civil Aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), bad weather, sudden occurrence of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the guests at the helipads. 
• No money will be refunded in case the passenger is de-boarded due to wrong given body weight.
• Your luggage will be strictly not allowed in the helicopter if it is found more than 5 KG at the helipad. 
• Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. 
• Any donations, tips, pitthu, palkhi & porter charges shall be borne by the guests only. 
• Carriage by Air Act, 1972 Heli Services regulations relating to the conditions of Non-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non-international. The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc as notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time. 
• No Aerial Photography Aerial Photography from Helicopter is illegal and punishable by law and photography at the helipad is strictly prohibited. 
• Infants Infant below 2 years/12kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof/birth certificate of the child shall be checked. However, it is strongly advised not to take children below 18 years of age on this tour. 
• Hand Baggage Allowance Only one handbag weighing a maximum of 5 kgs is allowed per passenger 
• All above time mention Arrival/dept time  TBA / During yatra time may be differ running time 
• Rates are not valid for any festive /peak season/long weekend
• Rates are based on Hotels Subject to availability at the time of making Reservation .In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arrange similar category hotel.
• Rates are subject to change if there is any fair & festival or VVIP movements 
• Early check in/late check subject to room availability , standard check in time 2:00 pm and check out 10:30 am timing 
• Cancellation charge would be applicable as per company policy 
• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal . AC will work only in the plain area or it will be switched off in hilly area
• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions ,political conditions &traffic conditions in the destination
• Any  cancellation or delay in hotel check out due to third party service ( like helicopter/pony/Palki/horse, the extra charge would be applicable .The next allocation for the hotels subject to abilities
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions/for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.
• ITINERARY MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME-We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour .We will make reasonable efforts to not if you promptly of such changes/events sufficiently in advance during booking or prior to departure of the tour.
