• COVID-19 pandemic authorities have issued guidelines for devotees coming to attend the West Bengal   religious destination/leisure tourist area.

• Without a mask will not be allowed to enter the any temple
• Carry both doze vaccination certificate compulsory  
• Or any new guidelines come from  State/central Govt will follow all guest

• Rates are not valid for any festive /peak season/long weekend
• Gangasagar Car Parking to Gangasagar Holi bath electronic rickshaw on direct payment basis   
• During day of high tide at Gangasagar, ferry time could be changed 
• Revised Rates will be applicable if any  diesel  price hike 
• Revised rates will be applicable if any  Govt taxes changes 
• If any services not using or  missing like hotels/sightseeing/vehicle etc being reason  traffic jam/political disturbance/high tide/ natural climates – no any amount refund 
• Rates are based on Hotels Subject to availability at the time of making Reservation .Incase of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arrange similar category hotel.
• Rates are subject to change if there is any fair & festival or Bhagwat katha or VVIP movements 
• This Packages not valid during Kanwar Yatra
• Early check in/late check subject to room availability , standard check in time 12:00 noon and check out 11:30 am timing 
• Cancellation charge would be applicable as per company policy 
• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal .AC will work only in the plain area 
• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions ,political conditions &traffic conditions in the destination
• Any  cancellation or delay in hotel check out due to third party service ( like Sightseeing Hotels, train ,flight, the extra charge would be applicable .The next allocation for the hotels subject to abilities
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions/for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable ornon-adjustable.
• ITINERARYMAYCHANGEAT ANYTIME-Were serve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour .We will make reasonable efforts to not if you promptly of such changes/events sufficiently in advance during booking or prior to departure of the tour.

• Deposit of 50% of the package cost at the time of booking.
• 100 %  payment of the package cost,30days  prior to departure date

Cancelation Policies

• 25% of full tourcost 30days  prior to departure
• 50%of full tourcost 15-29days  prior to departure 
• 75% of full tour cost between  8-14 days  prior to departure
• 100 % full tour cost between 0-7 days prior to departure
